What we collect

Only what you hand us. When you fire off the contact form, we grab your name, email, and whatever you type — brand, what you need, your message. That's it. Nothing sneaky, nothing behind your back.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and — if we end up working together — to actually do the work. We do not sell, rent, or hand your details to anyone for marketing. Not now, not ever. That's a promise, not a loophole.

Where it goes

The form runs through Web3Forms, which just delivers your message to our inbox. Your details pass through their service only to reach us. Rather skip the form? Email us straight at contact@magmastudio.org.

Cookies & tracking

No ad cookies. No creepy third-party tracking. If we ever add analytics, it'll be the privacy-friendly kind — anonymous, aggregate numbers only, never anything that fingers you personally — and we'll update this page when we do.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to look after you, and no longer. Want us to wipe your details? Say the word and they're gone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, fix, or delete anything we hold on you. Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and its equivalents elsewhere, those rights are yours automatically. To use them, just message us.
